Hello everyone!!! It has been a year and a half since I have posted on this blog, and what a year it was!!! Full of ups and downs and the little surprises life throws at you!!! I’m now two years older, and have that much more experience (and that much more spelling expertise, I hope!) I now announce the joyous return to this blog, which will hopefully be updated at least once a week. (Keep your fingers crossed!!!)

I have some other great news as well. In the hiatus that I took, my family grew by one member, a little boy who is turning one in a month!!!

(Oh Happy Day!! This post is full of exclamation marks!!! :))

I’m almost done with school for the year (Seton Home Study School again!!!), so that hopefully will make it easier for me to update.

I love you all, and hope your day is full of joy!!!

God Bless,

I’m soooooo sorry I haven’t posted, but life and school got in the way. I need to get back into the swing of things around here. For now, though, I leave you with a nice picture of innocence. Good bye!!!image

Saturday, March 15

I can’t believe that it has been almost a whole year since I last updated my blog….. oh well. I have been busy, and in the busy-ness, my friends and I made a very funny game of writing letters. Next post, I shall write an example for you, my non-existent readers.

So, good bye!!!

Today…… Is the First?

Today I woke up and looked at the calendar. To my surprise, it is June the first. That means in three days, I’ll be 13. Wow. I forgot about my own birthday. ūüėĪ Anyways, my week has been really hectic, and I have not had time to blog. Here’s a picture of my cutesy little brother. Sorry if it is fuzzy, but I used my iPod.

Scottish Oat Scones

Scottish oat scones

2/3 c. butter, melted

1/3 c. milk

1 egg

1  1/2 c. flour

1  1/4 c. oats

1/4 c. sugar

1 T. baking powder

1t cream of tartar

1/2t salt

1/2c. raisins (or any type of fruit!)

Preheat oven to 425 degrees farenhiet.Add all dry ingredients together. Add egg and milk. Make a well in dry ingredients & pour egg/milk mixture &  melted butter. Mix. Flour counter & pour the dough onto the counter(it is not a liquid at this point!) Pat into circle & cut into triangles. Bake on ungreased sheets for 12 Р15 minutes.

These scones have become a staple food in my house. They are really tasty and easy to make. Let me know if the directions are confusing, or if the¬†recipe doesn’t work. Or if it does work.

Ciao for now!!!

Crafty Corner

Recently I have taken up making jewelry, bracelets in particular. I have had the supplies for a long time, and one day decided I was going to make something, which turned out to be this.

Today I am going to a birthday party at a tea shop, and I made my friend this.

And I asked my sister if she wanted me to make something for her, and she said yes. So that is what this is.

Sorry if they are fuzzy, but I took the pictures with my iPod. The title for this post has become a new category!!!

I’m soooo sorry for not updating sooner. I was very busy with the end of school and all that stuff. Now, onto summer break!!! Yay!!!
